WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship worldwide.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Handling orders usually takes 3 to 5 working days, followed by the following shipping times:

USA and Canada: 7 to 14 working days.
European Countries: 7 to 14 working days.
Rest of the World: 12 to 17 working days.

Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19, occasional delays may occur.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Standard Shipping is currently free.

WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, every package we send comes with a tracking number.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY?

Packages are usually delivered to your mailbox. However, if the packages are too large, they will be hand-delivered. If you are not present, you will need to pick up your parcel at the nearest post office.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

Depending on where you live, taxes and duties may be applied by your country/carrier. This money is not for us and is beyond our control.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, if the item has not yet shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a refund. If it’s already shipped, you still have the option to return it for a refund. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
